Terms of Service
Last updated: April 24, 2026
By using Docsdom, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of service
Docsdom provides free PDF and image processing tools for personal and professional use. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload files you do not have the right to process
- Attempt to misuse, overload, or disrupt the service
- Use the service to process illegal, harmful, or malicious content
- Attempt to access non-public systems or data
2. File processing
All file processing on Docsdom happens locally inside your web browser using open-source libraries. Your files are never uploaded to our servers. They are read on your device, processed in your browser, and the result is downloaded directly back to you.
Because no file data reaches our servers, we have no ability to store, access, or recover any file you process on Docsdom.
3. No guarantees
Docsdom provides tools "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy or completeness of conversions and processing results
- Uninterrupted availability of any tool or page
- Error-free operation across all file types, sizes, or browsers
Always keep a copy of your original file before processing.
4. File responsibility
You are solely responsible for the files you process and the rights you have to use them. We are not liable for loss, corruption, or damage arising from file processing, including but not limited to encrypted, password-protected, or malformed files.
5. Third-party services
All file processing happens locally on your device — no file data is sent to Docsdom servers or any external service as part of a tool operation.
Some pages may display advertisements served by Google. By visiting those pages, you may be subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Docsdom and its operators are not responsible for:
- Loss or corruption of files during processing
- Business loss or consequential damages
- Damages arising from reliance on processing results
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
