When you use any tool on Docsdom, your file is read and processed directly on your device — it is never sent to any server, never stored remotely, and never accessible to us.

The processed result is generated on your machine and downloaded directly back to you. We have no technical ability to access, store, or recover any file you process on Docsdom.

We do not require account registration. We do not ask for or intentionally collect:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Any information about the files you process
• Any payment or billing information

If you contact us by email, we will only use that information to respond to your message.

All file operations — merging, splitting, converting, compressing, and more — are carried out locally on your device. No file content is transmitted to Docsdom servers or any third-party service as part of the processing step.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Remember your preferences such as dark or light theme
• Measure overall traffic and page performance (anonymised)
• Serve advertisements on certain pages via Google AdSense

Some pages on Docsdom display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to show you relevant ads based on your browsing activity. This is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Tool pages without advertisements do not load any ad scripts.

Because your files never reach our servers, there is no server-side file storage to secure. We take reasonable steps to protect any data that does pass through our infrastructure (such as anonymised analytics), but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
